Cleaning of cartridge and contacts
Most common reason for having Errors displayed is because of dirty/wet insulators (electrode holder), electrodes and High Voltage contacts. In fact this covers aprox. 80% of all errors. So it is important to these mentioned parts clean and dry all times. Please inspect insulators (electrode holders) and High Voltage contacts carefully for burned/carboniced tracks. If system is not clean or traces of burn marks can result in error code E-3 and E-5 on display.
Use only alcohol to clean with. No solvents to be used as they will dissolve the glue on electrode bars.




The airflow for ozone extraction and cooling of electrodes is measured by the switch. In case the airflow drops under the limit during operation the switch Open Circuit to Generator input and Display will show error code E-6.


Rotation sensor and Carbon spring contact
Rotation sensor gives the speed signal to Generator so Automatic start stop and Automatic power regulation works. Depending on setting in Generator the display can also show error code E-9 if no speed is detected or below minimum speed limit.


Electrode switch and Cartridge switch
Electrodes switch (mechanical switch) checks the positioning of the electrode hood and Cartridge switch (magnetic switch) checks if the cartridge is correctly inserted. Each electrode hood has identical sensor installed and all sensors are mounted in series connection. In case of fault system will display error code E-4.


Electrode height and alignment to roller
Electrode height can be adjusted shown below. Optimal height is 1,5mm for most purposes. After check height with gages to confirm digital numbers are calibrated correctly.
