Adjusting your segmented electrodes for two lane treatment in your Vetaphone system is a straightforward process that can be accomplished with a few simple steps. For a visual demonstration, please refer to the video below. Follow these steps to ensure correct treatment:
Step 1: Safety First
Before you begin, make sure to turn off and unplug the Vetaphone system. This is crucial to prevent any electrical hazards during the replacement process. Additionally, allow the system to cool down if it has been in operation.
Step 2: Locate the ruler
Use the ruler located on the inside of the cassette to make the alignment precise
Step 3: Turn ON or OFF the electrodes needed
Use the provided tool, to turn the needed electrodes ON or OFF by twisting them inside the cassette. The electrodes must be turned until they reach their physical limit, otherwise they can damage the backing roller.
Step 4: Adjust the setting in iCC Monitor
For the correct watt density calculation, it is important to change the settings at the iCC HMI. The width should be changed to match the total length of electrodes in ON mode.
Press the "Menu" button,
Press the "Login" button,
Login using "Operator" as user
Press Electrode width
Enter the combined full width of electrode in ON mode. Enter the total width in millimeters
Press the "Logout" button
Step 5: System ready
Your system is now ready to run as a two lane treatment, with correct calculation of watt density
