1. Error Overview
Definition: Output current from the generator is too high.
2. Symptom Checklist
- Generator stops abruptly with an E2 code on the display.
- Visible or audible electrical arcing (sparks) within the treater station.
3. Potential Root Causes
- Electrode distance to base roller is too small
- Flashover within station
4. Step-by-Step Resolution
- Adjust electrode height to at least 1.5mm between the electrodes and the Base roller
- Cable & Insulator Audit: Check HP cables and insulators for "carbon tracking" (black scorched lines).
- Inspect Roll: Rotate the base roll manually and check the covering for tiny pinholes or burns.
- Moisture Check: In high-humidity environments, use dry compressed air to dry all insulators.

- If the E5 error persists after cleaning and inspection, please prepare an escalation package for Support@vetaphone.com:
